On 26.01.2017 Tehnika d.d.  and TUVE BYGG AB (Employer) signed a construction contract for performance of Uggleberget residential compound  in Gothenburg,  which consists of 16 buildings of 33.780 m2 total gross area, i.e. of 360 apartments.  The scope of works includes construction and finishing works with partial fit out (kitchen and wardrobes). The project will be realized within 36 months, with project commencement date being set for April 2017. The buildings are designed on the „high quality “principle and will bear a Nordic Swan label.  The Nordic Swan label is an official label applied in the Nordic countries and serves as a voluntary and positively practical tool enabling consumers to actively select environmentally acceptable products. The Nordic Swan Ecolabel is ISO 14024, type 1 of Ecolabelling system and subject to third party control. The aforementioned buildings are designed by Fojab arkitekter and Liljewall arkitekter.
The contract was signed by  Mr. Pekka Merta, the CEO of TUVE BYGG, and Mr.  Zlatko Sirovec, General Manager of Tehnika d.d., while the ceremony was also attended by  Mr. Robert Jukić, the honorary consul of the Republic of Croatia in Gothenburg.
